Kindness

Several have ask about my blog going private. I have decided for now I will wait. I appreciate each one who left comments, sent emails, send messages by others, or spoke directly to me. Your words of kindness meant very much. I was really going through mixed feelings about my blog and I still am, but those words of encouragement was what I needed at the time.
Several of you made comments about how you loved my blog and how you thought I was a great mom to my girls. That meant a lot to me.
I am sure we all go through days of not feeling like good parents. I think my girls are special, but I don't think my blog is anything special. The design is beautiful, thanks to my sweet friend Connie.
Thanks again for the sweet comments and words that you each sent my way.
I got a message through Heidi one Sunday morning that somebody told her to tell me. Thanks to that person because that meant a lot to me. I really needed to hear that because that helped in my decision not to go private for now.
Thanks to the lady I saw in the mall that gave me kind words about my blog. I had no idea that you even looked at my blog. That was really sweet what you said and it made my day.
Thanks to all the emails and comments. Sometimes kindness is what we all need to hear from time to time.

Mother Theresa
Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless.

Ralph Waldo Emerson
You cannot do a kindness too soon, for you never know how soon it will be too late.

Kind words do not cost much, yet they accomplish much.

No act of kindness, no matter how small is ever wasted.

Be ye kind one to another tenderhearted, forgiving one another even as God for Christ sake hath forgiven you.

I'm glad you let those of us who love reading your blog be the ones who swayed you.

There will ALWAYS be people who pick and say things to cut others down. You can't let people like that control your decisions. It's one thing to come to the place that you decide you don't want to do it anymore. It's another to let the people who are filled with negativity make you feel like you should quit.

I love you and your blog and I look forward to hearing what's going on with you and your life.

I am one of the many, many who think you are a great mom! :)

Those are great quotes you have, and the Bible verse is so sweet.

I love the post of you and Brooke having the tea party--another marker of you being a great mom.
