We left to go camping yesterday. Our plans was to stay three nights. We only got to stay one. Last night it started to rain. We woke this morning with terrible rain and lightening. I was a little scared when I felt our camper moving. It did not really move, but it sure felt like it. We heard that it was suppose to rain 70% today and like 90% tomorrow. We also heard that some severe weather was suppose to happen tonight. We was camping with five familys and we all thought it was best to leave. Nancy and Doug went camping for the first time. I hope they don't let this discourage them from going again. Camping is really fun, but not when it is raining and stormy. The rain stopped enough for us to see a few of the waterfalls.
We are back home now with to much food to eat. My family has some great camping buddies that always pitch in and cook together. We are going to their house tomorrow night to grill some of the chicken we had bought for the trip. Everybody was sad that we had to leave. Fall Creek Falls is a BEAUTIFUL place. I felt really sad to not get to be there and enjoy the beauty of the park, but we will go back another day. The next time we will check the weather really well.

That is a really beautiful place. I'm sorry you were rained out, but I'm glad you all are safe. Today, the weather is really bad up through there! (Friday)
