I did not realize until today that I have not posted Courtney's birthday pictures. I am so behind on blogging.

I had a Thoracic Epidural Injection done Tuesday for my back. I have not been able to pick Brooke up and she has had a very hard time with this. I think since she knows I can't it makes it harder on her. Courtney and Brooke have both been helpful.
Brooke cleaned the whole play room up by herself. All the toys were picked up and it looked great. She went and made her bed up.(She tried I should say) She came and told me what she did. This is what she said." Mom, I thought it would help your back feel better so I cleaned up all by myself."
I went and looked and was so proud of her. I had to take a picture of the bed because it was so funny. She really did try. Take a look of her bed that she made up.

Me Update

We just got back from camping. It was the worst camping trip ever. I was sick the whole time. I still feel horrible. My throat is on fire and my head hurts so bad. My energy level is gone. I will try and post pictures later from our trip.

I also had a MRI done last week on my back. The results were not good. I have three herniated disk in my back. The upper back is bad. My options are surgery or shots. I think the shots is what I am going to do. Surgery scares me.
The one herniated disk is pressing into my spinal cord. The nurse said I have many reason to be in pain. This is very hard on me because I am a go getter and I like to do things for myself. Kevin does not want me to pick anything up. He is more worried than I am. Brooke is having a hard time with me not picking her up. That makes it hard for me.
If the shots will ease the pain that will be great. If not then we will just take it one day at a time.
This is a short update. I will try and add pictures later from our trip.

I did not have a good time. Between my back and not feeling well I was pretty miserable.

We took the girls to a play. I thought it was o.k. The play was called "The Monster in the Closet." Sadie was a little scared. Brooke was a little scared also. This picture was before the play. The girls was all excited.
At the end of the play the girls were not as excited.
Sadie said she did not like it and that she wanted to go to Cinderella. LOL :)

14 Days of Homeschool

New Look

My blog is in a desperate need for a new look. I love my header but the pictures are older ones of the girls. Courtney has got where she can do headers but I am so afraid to let her do mine. I think she could do it, but I am afraid of the what ifs. What if this one time she messes it up? Hmmm what is a mom to do????
Does anybody that has done a blog makeover know if I would loose my sidebar items if we change the look?
